¹Customer must notify Bank of Cadiz & Trust Co. within 60 days of receiving statement with unauthorized activity.  A $5.00 fee will be charged for a new card and replacing a lost, stolen or damaged card.


Please be aware of “vishing” attacks on your debit card.  The Bank of Cadiz & Trust Co. will not call you with a pre-recorded, automated phone call to “reactivate” your debit card requesting that you enter information. These calls are fraudulent and are not authorized by the Bank of Cadiz or SHAZAM, our debit card service provider.  If you receive such a call, please hang up immediately and contact one of our customer service representatives.
