TRIPSHOTS
PHOTOGRAPHY
By Linda Guerrant
For over thirty years
Linda has been working to express on film her personal visions from her
many journeys. Her experiences include over three years living in Europe,
over three months in Japan, and, especially interesting to her, the last
three years traveling the southeastern United States in a pick-up truck
doing research on the "five civilized tribes." She gives special
recognition to God and to the instruction and encouragement given to her
by Mr. Gene Boaz.
Her work has been
published by "Birds and Blooms," the National Park Service,
and Florida State Parks. She has won numerous photo contests in both Kentucky
and Tennessee. Her work is on permanent display in four museums including
the new Cherokee Heritage Museum in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Photographs Linda
has taken on the "Trail of Tears" are in the recently published
America's Historic Trails by National Geographic.
Scenic photographs
shown on this website are for sale. Please contact Linda at (270) 522-9772.
